This season introduces a roster of new cards inspired by Marvel's Dark Reign storyline, following the Civil War arc. Norman Osborn, having seized control of H.A.M.M.E.R., assembles a twisted Avengers team.
Players can acquire several new cards: Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot, Victoria Hand (January 7th), Bullseye (January 21st), Moonstone (January 14th), and Ares (January 28th). A new location, Asgard Besieged, depicts Thor's realm under attack.

This season offers a thrilling mix of familiar and obscure characters. Victoria Hand, for instance, boosts the power of cards in your hand, while Norman Osborn summons a random high-cost card, potentially reducing its cost if you're winning the next turn.
