Dual N-back is a cognitive training game that presents two sequences (audio and visual) at the same time. Research indicates this type of brain exercise enhances working memory, math skills, and short-term recall. Train for just 30 minutes each day, and you could boost your fluid intelligence by up to 40% within two weeks!

Starting at level 2 (N=2), you’ll need to recall both the position of a square and a spoken letter from two steps earlier. When either the position or the sound repeats, simply tap the matching button.

Feel free to adjust the default settings to your liking. Advance to higher levels through strong performance, or manually select your desired difficulty.
