The game is organized into four main menus:

• Gym: Featuring the most relevant and essential workouts in the gym simulator.
• Barbershop: Offers hair and facial hairstyles in six colors, which do not affect your workout but add a personal touch to your character.
• Restaurant: Choose from six food options to increase muscle size and reduce fat. If your character is tired, you won't be able to exercise. Opt for lower-fat foods to achieve six-pack abs!
• Nutrition: Utilize gainers to significantly speed up your progress in the bodybuilding gym.

In this bodybuilding game, you can perform workouts targeting various muscle groups such as Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calf, Chest, Forearms, Legs, Thigh, Shoulders, and Triceps. Pre-set plans are available for both bodybuilding and fitness, catering to different training goals.
