Story

Your journey begins near the village of Riders, where three young friends—the hero, Lilia, and Cheval—discover a glowing egg hidden deep within a forest. Curious and full of wonder, they perform a playful imitation of the ancient Rite of Kinship… only to be stunned when it actually works!

The egg hatches, revealing a baby Rathalos—a majestic flying wyvern known as the "King of the Skies." The trio lovingly names him Ratha and brings him back to the village to raise together.

But peace doesn’t last long. One day, a monstrous creature infected by the mysterious Black Blight attacks their home. Though the villagers manage to drive it away, the attack leaves lasting scars on both Lilia and Cheval. A year later, the hero receives a Kinship Stone from the Village Chief and is officially named a Rider. With Lilia and Cheval each pursuing their own paths, the hero teams up with the cheerful Navirou to embark on a grand adventure across the world of hunters.

  Due to changes in Google Play Games services, the Network Battle feature is no longer available after March 31, 2020. However, all Titles previously earned through Battle Ranks will remain accessible after updating to Ver.1.0.2.
• To use this app, acceptance of the *Monster Hunter Stories End User License Agreement* is required during the first launch. You can review the agreement here:

• This app delivers the same story introduction featured in the handheld console version.
• Some features from the handheld version—including specific collaboration content, amiibo integration, local multiplayer battles, and StreetPass—are not available in this mobile edition.

• A Wi-Fi connection is required for downloading the app.
• Battle Party QR codes from the Japanese version are not compatible with this release.
