Additionally, enjoy comprehensive support through chat consultations (Angel Center Talk), direct connections to your car insurance call center, and timely recall notifications.

2) Convenient Maintenance Reservation

Stay on top of your car's maintenance with real-time updates on the maintenance network's status. Make reservations directly through the app, which also sends push notifications when it's time to replace consumables or perform maintenance. For certain networks, the app even provides estimated costs, including labor, ensuring you're fully informed before you proceed.

3) openR Link & openR Panoramic Screen

Enhance your driving experience with various remote control functions through the app. Start your vehicle remotely, control the air conditioning, lock or unlock the doors, and manage the horn and lights. The app also helps you locate your car and transfer destinations directly to your vehicle. Monitor your vehicle's status, including fuel levels, driving distance, and cumulative driving distance, all within the app.

Optional Access Rights

You can still use most services without granting optional access rights, but some features will be unavailable:

• Location (optional): Used for finding your current location, locating your vehicle, and facilitating route guidance and maintenance reservations.
• Photos and Videos (optional): Allows you to attach photos to email inquiries.
• Notification (optional): Receive notices and event information directly.
• Nearby Bluetooth Device (optional): Essential for using the digital key function.
• Phone (optional): Facilitates consultations via phone.

Smartwatch App

Since September 1, 2023, the openR link remote control function of the My Renault app has been extended to smartwatches. Compatible with Galaxy Watch 4 and later models running Wear OS v3.0 or higher, you can enjoy remote control features directly from your wrist. Ensure you're logged into the smartphone My Renault app and registered with openR link to use this feature. The app also offers tiles for quick access to information on your watch.
