The first part, the Monocle, drops from the first Shock Mimic you eliminate in a match. Simply interact with it to add it to your inventory.

To get the Head Piece, locate the wall with the cave painting in the Neolithic Catacombs. If the wall isn't illuminated, activate a Dark Aether lantern nearby. The fire will shift between lanterns; you need the one closest to the painting lit. This reveals Roman numerals (I-X) on the wall. Shoot them in ascending order. Incorrect shots allow you to resume from the last correct one. Use a standard bullet weapon; splash or explosive damage can disrupt the sequence. Completing this triggers a lockdown.
