Author : Carter Update:May 21,2025

Fans of the acclaimed World War II real-time strategy game, *Company of Heroes*, developed by Relic Entertainment and ported to mobile by Feral Interactive, have something exciting to look forward to: the introduction of multiplayer! A recent iOS beta has unveiled the much-anticipated Skirmish Mode, allowing players to engage in head-to-head battles using factions inspired by real-life militaries from World War II.

While Relic Entertainment is well-known for their *Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War* series, *Company of Heroes* holds a special place in the hearts of many for its World War II setting. Initially released on mobile without multiplayer, the game has now entered a new era with the debut of the Online Skirmish Mode in its iOS beta. Players can now compete against each other, choosing from factions such as the Americans and Germans, or the UK and Panzer Elite from the *Opposing Fronts* expansion.

*Company of Heroes* is celebrated for its unique blend of realistic warfare and strategic gameplay. It's not just about deploying the most advanced units; a single misstep can lead to devastating losses, whether it's your infantry exposed in the open or a tank struck in a weak spot.
