Diablo IV Season 5 Unveils 15 New Unique Items! Fresh details from the Public Test Realm (PTR) reveal a significant boost to the game's legendary loot. Season 5 introduces fifteen powerful new Unique items, the highest tier of equipment in Diablo IV, renowned for their rarity and potent attributes.

Diablo IV boasts five item rarity levels, with Uniques topping the list. These items are highly sought after not just for their scarcity, but also for their game-changing stats, unique affixes, special effects, and striking visual designs.

Wowhead's PTR findings confirm the arrival of five "general" Unique items—usable by all classes:

• Crown of Lucian (Helmet): Boasting an impressive 1,156 armor.
• Endurant Faith (Gloves): Providing 463 armor.
• Locran's Talisman (Amulet): Offering a substantial 25% additional elemental resistance.
• Rakanoth'a Wake (Boots): Also granting 463 armor.
• Shard of Verathiel (Sword): Dealing a formidable 1,838 damage per second.

Beyond these general Uniques, each class receives two exclusive new items:

• Barbarian: Unbroken Chain (amulet), The Third Blade (sword)
• Druid: Bjornfang's Tusks (gloves), The Basilisk (staff)
• Rogue: Shroud of Khanduras (chest armor), The Umbracrux (dagger)

The Season 5 PTR also introduces changes to item acquisition. Unique and Mythic Unique items now have a chance to drop from Whisper Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities, and Tortured Gifts within Helltide events.
