Bandai Namco Entertainment and A24 have jointly announced the development of Elden Ring's live-action adaptation today.

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Alex Garland (Ex Machina, Civil War) will direct this ambitious project aiming to translate the game's vast world and thrilling combat to cinema. The production team includes DNA Films' Peter Rice, Andrew Macdonald, and Allon Reich, alongside legendary author George R.R. Martin and veteran producer Vince Gerardis.
