Etheria: Restart was quite a hit at the Taipei Game Show 2025

The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a smashing hit for Etheria: Restart, attracting thousands of enthusiastic fans and breaking records set by previous betas. The event was a treasure trove of exclusive content, featuring live competitions and hands-on previews that left attendees buzzing with excitement.

Etheria: Restart's booth was a hive of activity, brimming with in-game challenges, cosplayer appearances, and giveaways of exclusive merchandise. Fans had the chance to snag limited-edition collectibles, and a few fortunate attendees even walked away with a PS5 Pro.

On January 24th and 25th, the popular streamer Akaoni took center stage, engaging in live battles, hosting challenge events, and mingling with fans. Those who joined the festivities were treated to a signed photo as a memento.

Beyond the excitement on the show floor, Etheria: Restart's closed beta test achieved new milestones. Over 900,000 summons were recorded, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan being the most coveted characters. Remarkably, one Hyperlinker, Tianyu Rin, managed to collect every single character, a feat unmatched by others.

In terms of progression, most participants reached an average level of 35, but Lulu soared ahead, achieving an impressive level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors secure their positions, with Fried Bun emerging as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Meanwhile, the guild Qiyan City set a new record for the highest single-damage output in the event's most challenging battle.

The new boss fight against NicoNana was a standout feature of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. This encounter proved to be a formidable challenge, pushing teams to refine their strategies to the limit.
