Weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, the minds behind the Construction Simulator series, and astragon have announced Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, a new firefighting simulation game built on Unreal Engine 5. Prepare to don your gear and tackle a range of challenging scenarios, from rescuing trapped civilians to battling intense blazes fueled by electricity, flammable liquids, and grease. Expect realistic depictions of backdrafts, flashovers, and even explosions! Team up with friends in four-player co-op mode to conquer these fiery challenges. Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is slated for release in Fall 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite promises incredibly realistic fire, smoke, and heat physics. Immerse yourself with officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from industry giants like HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. This includes everything from fire hoses and saws to Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, plus authentic personal protective equipment. You’ll even pilot authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, such as the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX.
