Hearthstone's Battlegrounds Season 9: A Cosmic Overhaul

Get ready for a celestial upgrade! Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9 launches December 3rd, bringing a universe of changes. Prepare for a revamped Tavern, cosmic vibes, and cutting-edge tech.

Key Changes:

• Bob's Technotavern Overhaul: Expect a complete refresh of the familiar tavern. Ratings will be reset.

• Farewell to Trinkets: Trinkets are being retired, making way for…

• New Battlegrounds Tokens: These tokens allow you to reroll a hero option at the selection screen. Perfect for escaping undesirable choices!

Reveal Schedule:

• November 20th: Naga and Dragon reveals.
• November 21st: Quilboar and Beast reveals.
• November 22nd: Pirate and Duos-only reveals.
• November 25th: Murloc and Demon reveals.
• November 26th: Elemental and Undead reveals.
• December 2nd: Preview event streams and 31.2 patch notes release.

More New Features:

• Three New Heroes: Farseer Nobundo, with his Galaxy’s Lens, is already generating excitement.

• Minion and Spell Pool Revamp: Approximately 90 minions and Tavern spells are either joining or leaving the pool.

• Solo Battlegrounds Damage Cap Adjustment: Early-game damage will be capped at 5, increasing to 10 on turn 4 and 15 on turn 8. The cap is removed once you reach the top 4.

Minion Release Schedule:

• December 3rd: Beasts, Dragons, Quilboar, Pirates, Naga, and Mechs enter the fray.
• December 5th: Murlocs and Demons join the battle.
• December 9th: Undead and Elementals arrive.
