Hearthstone's Into the Emerald Dream expansion arrives March 25th, introducing 145 new cards, exciting mechanics, and powerful Legendary Wild Gods! This magical yet perilous expansion offers players a choice: defend Ysera's threatened realm or embrace the encroaching chaos.
New Keywords & Class Synergies:
The core mechanic is "Imbue," empowering six classes (Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Shaman) with the World Tree's blessings. Playing an Imbue card upgrades your Hero Power, becoming progressively stronger with each subsequent Imbue card played. Hunters, for instance, receive the Blessing of the Wolf. Other classes are excluded from this benefit.
Conversely, "Dark Gifts" offers a path of corruption. Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior players can leverage this keyword for potent enhancements, synergizing with Discover options to summon fearsome minions. Ten unique Dark Gifts await.
Legendary Wild Gods:
Each class receives a formidable Legendary Wild God minion. Some have succumbed to corruption, creating a compelling conflict between Dream defenders and Nightmare embracers.
