A Little to the Left Releases Final "Packed" Update

A Little to the Left has rolled out its final game update, the Packed Update, marking the end of its active development cycle. While this means no further content updates are planned, both new and returning players are free to continue enjoying the complete game experience.

First released on PC and other platforms in 2022, the game arrived on Android in November 2024. It is the creation of Canadian indie studio Max Inferno, published by Secret Mode. The project originated as a game jam prototype by the studio's founders, Annie Macmillan and Lukas Steinman.

What Does the Packed Update Bring to A Little to the Left?

The update introduces three new puzzles, each themed around a different drawer: a bathroom drawer, a tool drawer, and a stash of paper airplane supplies.

It also expands the Daily Tidy mode with a new book-themed puzzle, redesigned versions of puzzles like Microscope and Calendar, and introduces a checkpoint system with bonus stars.

To improve clarity, the update now better explains the logic behind correct puzzle solutions and has added or refreshed hint systems for over 25 puzzles. It also integrates items from the Cupboards & Drawers and Seeing Stars DLCs, such as the Jewelry Box and Markers.

A new Shuffle Mode unlocks after completing the main campaign, randomly mixing over 160 levels from the base game, the Archive, and both DLCs for a fresh, endless challenge.

Additional Major and Minor Improvements

Players with over 365 puzzle completions can now use a badge selector to display their preferred achievement combinations. A new tutorial has also been added to clarify how stars work in levels with multiple solutions.

The update includes a Color Assist Mode, which modifies certain puzzles to ensure players with color vision differences can complete them all. Some levels have been replaced with variants that do not rely on color recognition.

If you haven't tried it yet, you can download A Little to the Left from the Google Play Store.
