Author : Zoey Update:Dec 10,2025

  • Marvel Snap's new season introduces prehistoric versions of the Avengers.
  • Meet Agamotto, the first Sorcerer Supreme, Firehair the original Phoenix host, and more!
  • Discover the new Skill card type, fresh locations, spotlight caches, and additional content!

Have you ever wondered how the Avengers first assembled? What was Odin’s life like before he became Thor’s father (and adopted Loki)? And who exactly is Agamotto—the legendary figure behind the Eye of Agamotto? True Believers, your questions are about to be answered in Marvel Snap’s latest season: Prehistoric Avengers.

This isn’t the very first appearance of these ancient heroes—they’ve made sporadic appearances in the past—but now they’re here as collectible cards! Join the ranks of the original Black Panther, Firehair as the host of the Phoenix Force, Agamotto himself, and even Khonshu. Each comes with intricate yet powerful abilities.

Speaking of powers, Agamotto introduces an entirely new card type: Skills. These cards represent actions and abilities rather than characters. When played, they are Banished (meaning they’re gone for good) and have no Power, but they cost less Energy to deploy.

But there’s more: two new locations have arrived. At the Star Brand crater, gain extra Energy if you have the highest Power there. Meanwhile, the Celestial Burial Ground lets you discard a card and replace it with another of the same Cost.

You’ll also find new Spotlight Caches featuring both classic and new top-tier cards. Fresh variant artwork and plenty of other additions are making their debut, while the High Voltage mode returns to electrify the pace of your Marvel Snap matches.
