Atlus Seeks Persona Producer: Persona 6 on the Horizon?
New Producer Sought for Unnamed Persona Project

The "Producer (Persona Team)" listing requires AAA game and IP experience, focusing on franchise production and management. Other roles, including 2D character designer, UI designer, and scenario planner, were also advertised, though not specifically for the "Persona Team."
This recruitment drive follows comments from director Kazuhisa Wada, hinting at future mainline Persona entries in Atlus's long-term plans. While no official Persona 6 announcement exists, these job postings strongly suggest Atlus is actively preparing for the next major installment.
It's been nearly eight years since Persona 5's release. While fans have enjoyed spin-offs, remakes, and ports, information on the next mainline entry remains scarce. Rumors, however, persist.
Speculation about Persona 6's development alongside titles like P5 Tactica and P3R emerged as early as 2019. With P3R's impressive sales (one million copies in its first week), the franchise's momentum is undeniable. A 2025 or 2026 release window has been suggested, although the timeline remains unconfirmed. An official announcement, however, seems imminent.
