Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is a blast, but even the best squads face tough moments. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, and sometimes a teammate bites the dust. Luckily, reviving fallen comrades isn't impossible. Here's how to bring them back from the brink.

In R.E.P.O., you start each round with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own gadgets like Human Grenades. Health packs in the Service Station offer replenishment, and a unique mechanic lets teammates share health by interacting with each other's health bars. A great feature, we think!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm you, and a teammate goes down. When this happens, their head falls to the ground. Locate it—the map shows a small icon matching their character color—and pick it up. This is only the first step.
Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.
With the fallen teammate's head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head there. If you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can quickly regain health by entering the truck. However, there's another method.
If retrieving the head proves impossible, starting a new round revives your teammate. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system allows dead players to return at the start of the next round. While this leaves your team slightly weaker for the remainder of the current round, it can be strategically advantageous, particularly for newer players. It allows them to observe experienced players and learn the ropes without immediate pressure.
