Sword of Convallaria's Night Crimson Update: New Story, Characters, and Events!

XD Inc. has unleashed the Night Crimson update for their hit tactical RPG, Sword of Convallaria, just months after its initial launch. This update boasts a wealth of new content, including an expanded storyline, unique gameplay mechanics, and exciting events with valuable rewards. Millions have already downloaded the game on PC and mobile, and this expansion is sure to draw in even more players.

The update continues the Spiral of Destinies campaign, focusing on Waverun City and introducing a captivating new investigative clue wall mechanic. This innovative gameplay blends detective work with tactical combat, requiring players to solve mysteries and make strategic choices under the guidance of Safiyyah, the Mobile Squad's leader.

Night Crimson also introduces a new character type: SP Characters. These are alternate versions of existing characters, each sporting unique appearances and combat abilities. SP Rawiyah arrives January 3rd, followed by SP Taair on January 17th. Unlocking these SP forms grants an exclusive SP skill, boosting the combat prowess of both the original and SP versions.

The Night Crimson events (started December 20th) offer a chance to earn plentiful rewards, including Secret Fates, legendary trinkets, and exclusive avatar frames. The Waverun Tournament, commencing January 3rd, allows players to exchange event points for special items, providing a significant advantage in battles.

Beyond the gameplay additions, the update offers a behind-the-scenes look at the game's development. Developer messages provide insights into future plans, and a special video message from Safiyyah's Japanese voice actor is included. A new theme song, "Never Apart," is also featured, with a Japanese version sung by Hikasa Yoko.
