No, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 does not offer a third-person mode or view. Except for cutscenes, the entire game is played from a first-person perspective.
This is a deliberate design choice by the developers. To create a truly immersive RPG, they've focused on a first-person viewpoint, allowing players to fully inhabit the role of Henry and experience the world from his perspective. While the modding community might eventually create a third-person mod, the base game is strictly first-person.
You will, however, see Henry in cutscenes and during conversations with NPCs. The camera will shift to show both Henry and the person he's talking to. His appearance will also change based on dirt levels and equipped gear. Just remember, you won't see him while exploring the world.
An official third-person mode is unlikely, so plan on playing in first-person.
