Netflix Games is soon to feature the narrative-driven action-adventure game, Thirsty Suitors. Currently available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam), this unique breakup simulator blends turn-based combat with skateboarding and cooking.
Developed by Outerloop Games, Thirsty Suitors boasts accolades including the 2022 Tribeca Games Awards and nominations for the 2024 New York Game Awards and the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards. Set in the 1990s, the game delves into themes of culture, relationships, and self-discovery.
Players battle exes using a turn-based RPG system incorporating a mood-based vulnerability mechanic. They'll also hone their skateboarding skills, performing tricks in Timber Hills and Bearfoot Park, and test their culinary abilities by preparing South Asian-inspired meals to win back their mother's approval.

Outerloop Games' Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake will participate in a Games for Change Festival panel (June 27th & 28th) discussing representation in gaming. The panel will also feature Matt Korba and Matt Daigle (The Odd Gentlemen), Caitlin Shell (Brandible Games), and Leanne Loombe (Netflix).
Thirsty Suitors will soon be available for free to Netflix subscribers on the App Store and Google Play. For updates and further information, visit the official website or follow Outerloop Games on X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube.
