The first pair of headphones is easy to spot, positioned on a shelf just to the left of the Stamin-Up machine. They're quite noticeable, so you won't miss them even if you need to quickly turn and interact while keeping an eye on the zombies behind you.
Second Pair of Headphones
Locating the second pair of headphones can be a bit trickier as they're tucked away in a dark corner right outside the room with the Speed Cola machine. Use the image above to guide you to the spot and spam the interact button if you struggle to see them in the shadows.

Third Pair of Headphones
The final pair of headphones is the most challenging to reach, located in the Nexus. However, they're easy to find once you're there. After opening the passage and arriving at the Nexus, head right until you see one of the glowing mushroom-like objects; the headphones will be on the ground next to it, ready for interaction.
Once you've interacted with all three pairs of headphones, the song "Dig" by Kevin Sherwood and Matt Heafy will begin to play, adding an epic soundtrack to your battle against the zombies.
