Nintendo Tokyo has launched a new line of collectible Zonai Device magnets, dispensed via gacha machines. These charming capsule toys feature iconic devices from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
New Zonai Device Magnets at Nintendo Tokyo
Six magnetic Zonai Device capsules have been added to the Nintendo Tokyo gachapon (gacha machine) lineup. Exclusively available at this location, the collection includes miniature versions of the in-game devices: Zonai Fan, Flame Emitter, Portable Pot, Shock Emitter, Big Wheel, and Rocket. Each magnet is designed to resemble the Ultrahand’s adhesive, adding a fun, thematic touch. The capsule design itself mirrors the in-game Device Dispensers.
Forget Zonai Charges – these collectibles require a different kind of investment: $4 per capsule, with a two-capsule purchase limit per transaction. Those hoping for specific devices will need to queue again for another chance, a process that may involve significant wait times given the game's popularity.
Past Nintendo Gachapon Releases
Nintendo's gachapon adventures began in June 2021 with the Controller Button Collection, featuring retro Famicom and NES controller keychains. A second wave in July 2024 expanded the collection to include SNES, N64, and Gamecube designs.
These exclusive items are also available at Nintendo's Check-In booth in Narita Airport. While the Zonai Devices are currently Tokyo-exclusive, future availability at other locations or through resellers (at potentially inflated prices) is possible.
