Valhalla Survival Adds 3 Heroes, New Skill

• Valhalla Survival is introducing three new heroes to the game
• Mani, Idis, and Sol are now available, each equipped with a new Ballista skill
• The latest update brings Nightmare mode, a boss raid, and various mechanical improvements

If you're a fan of Lionheart Studio's hack-and-slash roguelike Valhalla Survival and have been searching for fresh content, you're in for a treat. The developers have just launched a major update featuring three new heroes and an additional skill called Ballista.

The three new heroes include Mani, Guardian of the Night, who serves as a Warrior. He unleashes golden flashes to strike multiple enemies while boosting his defense and attack power through gigantification. Next is Idis, a Sorceress who weaves fate by summoning the mythical Yggdrasil tree, which reduces damage and restores HP for nearby allies.

Lastly, meet Sol, the Lightbringer Rogue. She summons Valkyries (sometimes called 'the sun's warriors') to fire arrows and control the battlefield by suppressing nearby foes. You'll need their unique abilities—and every advantage you can get—to conquer the newly added Nightmare Mode.

What exactly is Nightmare Mode? Simply put, it's an even more challenging difficulty tier unlocked after completing Chapter 3, Stage 30. Prepare for intensely brutal trials that will test your skills to the limit. Once you're ready, you can also take on the new Eternal Battlefield boss raid, available now.

Fortunately, the update also introduces the Ballista skill, designed to support close-range heroes with a turret that fires long-range piercing arrows. Additionally, the Accessory Gem Socket System has been implemented, allowing you to socket gems into accessories as well as other equipment.
