For Users Who Cannot Start on Android 11

We have received reports that some Android 11 devices experience immediate crashes upon launching the PPPark! app. Users have found that performing an "Erase Storage" can resolve this issue and allow the app to start normally. However, please be aware that this action will delete your "parking lot posting history," and this data cannot be recovered.

Here are the steps to perform "Erase Storage":

1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Apps and Notifications"
3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list
4. Open "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

This issue is related to Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. We anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, but similar issues persist globally. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend using "Erase Storage" if you encounter this issue.

• Maximum Charge Support: The app reflects discounted rates like the daily maximum charge, ensuring you find prices close to actual payments.
• Easy Navigation: Integration with "Google Navi," "Yahoo! Navi," and "NaviCon" allows for seamless navigation to your chosen parking lot.
• Reservation and Shared Parking: The app also lists reservation-based and shared parking options, including Akippa, Special P (Toku P), and TOHOGAS parking (available only in Okazaki city).
• Street Parking Support: Discover street parking near your search point, ideal for short-term needs like shopping or work. These are marked with light green lines and circles on the map in areas such as Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Osaka. Remember, street parking has time limits, and exceeding these can result in a parking violation.
• User Posting Function: If you encounter unregistered parking lots, price changes, or closed lots, you can post this information. Note that in Android 10 or later, posted information cannot be transferred during model changes.

How to Use PPPark!

1. Display your destination on the map.
2. Set the date and time for parking.

4. Search results will appear on the map, numbered in ascending order to help you quickly identify the nearest and cheapest parking options.

Note: Devices using Android 4.0 or higher require "Google Play Developer Services" to use this app. All permissions, including WiFi and Bluetooth, are used to accurately obtain location information. Always verify the price information at the actual parking lot.
