Our loyalty program operates under a set of rules that ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for all members. To become a participant, you must be an adult or a minor aged 14 or above, capable of making small household transactions as per applicable law. Registration is open to individuals with an individual identification number assigned according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

When you register, you'll need to fill out a Participant Questionnaire, providing personal information that you consent to be processed by Royal Petrol LLP. This consent, given freely and in your interest, aligns with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection." Your data will be used for organizing and conducting advertising and information mailings through various channels, including email, instant messengers, SMS services, telephone, and postal communications. We also process your data using automation tools and electronic computers, including creating a database. This consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing.

As a member, you'll have access to a Virtual Card, an electronic card generated within our Mobile Application, which is available for iOS and Android platforms. The Mobile Application, owned by Royal Petrol LLP, enhances your experience on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

Earn Bonus points (Bonuses) with every purchase at Royal Petrol filling stations. Each Bonus point equals one tenge, and these points can be used exclusively for purchasing goods within our network. Your Bonus account, part of our Program Database, keeps track of your accrued, withdrawn, and current Bonus balance.
