Available Services by State:

Gringo's IPVA, licensing, and digital CRLV services are currently available in SP, MG, SC, PR, RS, DF, ES, BA, GO, MA (IPVA, licensing, and CRLV-e), and RJ, RO, MS, and PE (IPVA and licensing). Expansion to other states is planned soon.

Legal Compliance:

Gringo is authorized to pay traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts, accredited by the National Traffic Secretariat (SENATRAN) in accordance with Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018. This allows direct accreditation with state traffic departments, state treasury departments, and other relevant bodies.

Data Sources:

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from publicly available information provided by state agencies (DETRANs) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy. Data sources include detran.sp.gov.br, www.detran.mg.gov.br, www.detran.ba.gov.br, detran.es.gov.br, www.detran.rj.gov.br, www.detran.df.gov.br, www.detran.ma.gov.br, and www.detran.rs.gov.br.
