Pokémon Sleep Has Exciting Stuff Going on During Growth Week Vol. 3!

December is shaping up to be a cozy month for Pokémon Sleep players in the Northern Hemisphere! Two major events are on the horizon: Growth Week Vol. 3 and Good Sleep Day #17.

Growth Week Vol. 3 in Pokémon Sleep

Growth Week Vol. 3 begins December 9th at 4:00 a.m. and ends December 16th at 3:59 a.m. During this period, you'll earn boosted Sleep EXP and candies. Each sleep session tracked awards your helper Pokémon a 1.5x Sleep EXP bonus. Completing your first sleep research of the day also nets you 1.5x more candies (this bonus is not applied to subsequent naps). Daily resets occur at 4:00 a.m. Optimize your sleep schedule to maximize rewards!

Good Sleep Day #17

Coinciding with the full moon on December 15th, Good Sleep Day #17 runs from December 14th to 17th. This presents a prime opportunity to encounter Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa more often.

Upcoming Pokémon Sleep Updates

Future updates include significant changes to Pokémon skills, emphasizing individual Pokémon characteristics. Ditto's main skill will change from Charge to Transform (Skill Copy), while Mime Jr. and Mr. Mime will gain the Mimic (Skill Copy) skill. The developers also plan to increase the number of registrable teams and introduce a new mode to showcase your Pokémon. The latter feature, however, won't be included in the immediately following update.
