Ticket to Ride’s Latest Expansion Celebrates the ’60s!
One of the highlights of this expansion is the chance to immerse yourself in San Francisco during the Swinging Sixties. The expansion brings to life a cityscape reminiscent of an old movie, complete with vibrant colors and stylish, groovy cars.
The San Francisco City expansion introduces two unique characters. First, meet Summer Ashbury, a fashionista whose name perfectly captures her spirit. She's cheerful and drives a charming Bay Bug. Next, there's Felix Woods, a movie star reminiscent of Humphrey Bogart and Cary Grant. He cruises in a classy Gazelle, exuding charm and sophistication. Alongside these characters, you'll have access to a variety of fantastic vehicles to make your city tour truly memorable.
What About the New Map?
The map in Ticket to Ride's San Francisco City expansion is filled with opportunities to explore the city's legendary sights. You can ride vintage cable cars such as the Municipal Wings, Golden Ribbon, and Hillside Heritage, which add a special nostalgic charm. San Francisco also offers numerous tram routes for quick and engaging sessions.
Scattered across the map are Souvenir Tokens, collectible gems that reward you with bonus points if you manage to collect them during your journey. As a launch celebration, every player can claim a bonus token, whether or not they purchase the new expansion.
