2025 Samsung Neo QLED, OLED TVs Launched: 4K, 8K Models Available

The much-anticipated 2025 Samsung TVs, showcased at CES earlier this year, are now hitting the market. You can purchase select Samsung Neo QLED and OLED models directly from Samsung's official online store, with immediate shipping available for delivery as early as April 9-10. For those who prefer in-store shopping, some models are also available for pickup at your local Best Buy. While not all TVs have been released yet, more models are expected to roll out soon.

Samsung introduced six Mini-LED TV models for 2025, with three available for purchase starting today. The Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F are true 8K TVs featuring new anti-glare technology, the One Connect wireless transmitter box, and access to Samsung's Art Store, previously exclusive to the Frame TVs. The new 4K Mini-LED models include the QN90F, QN85F, QN80F, and QN70F. The flagship QN90F boasts a 165Hz refresh rate, Gen 3 processor, and anti-glare coating similar to the S95F. The QN85F, a mid-range model, marks Samsung's debut into the 100" TV market.

The new OLED lineup for 2025 includes the S95F, S90F, and S85F, all featuring incremental upgrades. The S95F, Samsung's flagship OLED model, offers the NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, a 165Hz refresh rate, enhanced anti-glare coating, and a QD OLED panel that achieves up to 2,000 nits of brightness. The S90F comes with the Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR, and a QD OLED panel reaching up to 1,300 nits for models 55" and above. The S85F, positioned as the budget-friendly option, uses a Gen 2 processor and is currently the only model available for purchase.

The Frame Pro, set to debut alongside the standard Frame TV, will feature a superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel, offering richer and brighter colors. It includes a 144Hz refresh rate, new anti-glare technology, and the One Connect wireless box for a sleek setup. The standard The Frame TV will remain available at a more affordable price.
