Firaxis Games Unveils Civ 7 Post-Launch Roadmap
Firaxis Games has revealed its post-launch roadmap for Civilization VII (Civ 7), detailing upcoming content following the game's February 11th release. The roadmap outlines a mix of paid DLC and free updates.
Paid DLC: New Leaders
The initial paid DLC drop in March will feature Ada Lovelace and Simon Bolivar as playable leaders.
Free March Updates: Geographic Wonders
Free updates in March will introduce exciting new geographical features to the game world, including the Bermuda Triangle and Mount Everest. These additions promise to significantly impact gameplay strategy and exploration.
Future Content:
Beyond March, Firaxis plans to release additional content, including:
- 2 new Leaders
- 4 new Civilizations
- 4 new World Wonders
- New Events and Challenges
While no release dates are currently set for this content, Firaxis has confirmed further updates are planned for October 2025 and beyond.
