Exploring the Atuel River Valley:
Atuel immerses players in the stunning yet climate-change-affected Atuel River Valley in Argentina. This isn't just a game; it's an experience. Players shapeshift, becoming various animals and elements within the ecosystem, intimately connecting with the landscape. One moment you're soaring, the next you're flowing as the river itself.
The game features real interviews with historians, biologists, geologists, and local residents, providing insightful perspectives on the region's past, present, and climate-shaped future. Matajuegos collaborated with The 12.01 Project, an international documentary team, to bring these stories to life.
The game's visuals, inspired by the Cuyo desert, create an almost otherworldly atmosphere.
While Android pre-registration isn't yet live, you can find more information on the Steam page or the official website. The mobile release will include seven new languages and full controller support.
