Books and notes enrich the narrative, providing valuable world-building context. Seek out treasure maps for extra rewards. Managing Health and Essence Potions

Health potions restore significant health; essence potions refill your essence bar. These are readily available from vendors and throughout the world (health potions glow red, essence potions pink).
