Botany Manor Announces New PS5 Release Date

Botany Manor's PlayStation Debut Set for January 28th

Originally slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions of the critically acclaimed puzzle game Botany Manor will now launch on January 28th, 2025. This delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, allows for additional polish to ensure the best possible player experience.

Developed by Balloon Studios and initially released in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise for its charming atmosphere, inventive puzzles, and rewarding exploration. The game boasts a strong "Strong" rating on OpenCritic, with an average score of 83/100 and a 92% recommendation rate.

While a PS Store page is yet to appear, the PlayStation port is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms. Like its counterparts, it will be a one-time purchase without microtransactions, and the digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on PlayStation.

Botany Manor will join other notable titles launching on the PlayStation Store on January 28th, including Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness, significantly enriching the PlayStation puzzle game library. Following its PlayStation release, Botany Manor will be available on all initially planned platforms. Balloon Studios' next project remains unannounced.
