The map is located atop the lighthouse in the western part of Calviger’s Landing, within the Living Lands region. Ascend the lighthouse using the external ledges and scaffolding. The treasure map awaits at the summit.

Following the map, head north along the river from the lighthouse to a broken bridge (northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall fast travel point). Swim to a westward-facing cave opening beneath the bridge. Inside, you'll find the chest containing the Wind and Wave shield.
