How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires your assistance to recover a lost shipment of crucial weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Quest Initiation:

Locate Brannof Hall's dining room (accessible from Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him a second time to receive both clues before proceeding.

Quest Completion:

To solve the mystery, you must follow two separate investigative paths. Remember to remove any Town Guard attire before questioning NPCs.

Lead 1: Captain Shirker:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in the Town Square.

He'll lead you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam" – which requires a monobrow.

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper required).

Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Questioning patrons will lead you to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

This stall, past the Eel Street Bridge, requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Use a quill, ink, and paper (found on Lord Brannof's desk) to write a note and hide it within the fish.

Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide, and observe the "Furtive Stranger."

Final Confrontation:

Follow the stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the Level 30 thief in combat to retrieve the Plumbatae and complete the quest. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall.
