Dark and Darker Mobile is gearing up for a Canadian soft launch on February 5th, with a global release planned for the first half of 2024. Pre-registration remains open.
Krafton's mobile version of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler will first grace Canadian devices. However, a worldwide launch is imminent, promising a swift global rollout.
Dark and Darker blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler gameplay. Players, solo or in parties, explore a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to secure valuable loot. Characters draw inspiration from classic fantasy archetypes like fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.
Following the success of the PC version, Krafton secured the mobile adaptation rights. Significant improvements are underway before the global launch, focusing on several key areas.
Enhanced Gameplay: Expected changes include refinements to the Darkswarm system and escape mechanics, along with dungeon structure overhauls to optimize party play. Class distinctions will be sharpened through enhanced basic attacks and combat mechanics, complemented by an expanded arsenal of weapons and skills.
