Just two days before the presentation, the release date for the much-anticipated game, DOOM: The Dark Ages, was inadvertently disclosed by the reputable French gaming site, Gamekult. They briefly published an article stating that the game would launch on May 15, which was quickly retracted but not before being spotted in their RSS feed.

This leak aligns with earlier reports from insider NateTheHate, who had previously mentioned that DOOM: The Dark Ages was slated for a May release.
