Explore the Latest Subclasses Added to Baldur's Gate 3 in Patch 8 PC Gaming Mag

Baldur's Gate 3's highly anticipated Patch #8 is on the horizon, bringing cross-play functionality, a dedicated photo mode, and a whopping 12 new subclasses. Larian Studios recently unveiled a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the enchanting Bard, the powerful Giant Barbarian, the ominous Death Domain Cleric, and the celestial Circle of Stars Druid.

The community is buzzing with anticipation as stress testing continues, with further sign-up opportunities available. While the official release date remains undisclosed, Larian is keeping the hype alive with this initial video, the first in a three-part series showcasing all 12 subclasses. Two more videos are promised, offering a detailed look at the remaining options.

This major update, launched in January during the stress test, also included the much-requested photo mode. Patch #8 marks the culmination of the game's post-launch development, leaving players both excited and curious about the future of Baldur's Gate 3.
