Unlike many PoE2 quests with clear objectives, Ancient Vows lacks specific instructions. It begins after obtaining either the Sun Clan Relic (Bone Pits) or the Kabala Clan Relic (Keth). Locating these relics requires thorough exploration and combat within these challenging areas, as they are randomly dropped by enemies.

Once a relic is acquired, head to the Valley of the Titans. While map generation is random, look for a waypoint; a large statue with an altar is usually nearby. Place the relic on the altar by dragging and dropping it into the designated slot.
Rewards:
Choose between two passive effects:
- 30% increased Charm Charge gain
- 15% increased Mana recovery from Flasks
This choice isn't permanent. Returning to the altar allows you to switch effects, though this requires navigating the Valley of the Titans again.
