On average, only one new 5-Star character is introduced per patch, leaving 43 limited 5-Star characters needing a rerun annually. However, with just 27 available slots, this has proven to be unfeasible.

The introduction of the Chronicled Banner was an attempt by the developers to mitigate these issues, but many players view it as a temporary solution rather than a comprehensive fix.
