The event features the continuation of Chapter 4—Part 2, along with a captivating side-story event titled "Thou Art This Summer’s Fairy, A Sight I Shall Record in my Eyes." This poetic title hints at a narrative filled with time travel and summer vibes. In the story, Squad 31-A and Yuina Shirakawa find themselves at a summer resort from the past, which unfortunately is targeted by the Cancer invasion. The girls must battle fate while enjoying their vacation in seasonal outfits.

The event introduces eight new Memorias, including six SS Memorias and two S Memorias. Leading the pack is Yuina Shirakawa in her [Midsummer Gendarmerie] form, followed by Tama Kunimi as [Coral Reverie], both ready for summer action. Additionally, there's a Secret Service theme featuring Tsukasa Tojo and Karen Asakura.

The Heaven Burns Red 100-Day Anniversary also brings three limited-time Platinum Recruitments, each available at different times. The first, 100-Day Celebration Recruitment I, runs from February 21st to March 13th, offering SS [Midsummer Gendarmerie] Yuina Shirakawa and SS [Coral Reverie] Tama Kunimi. The second, 100-Day Celebration Recruitment II, is available from February 28th to March 20th, featuring SS [Secret Service’s Silencer] Tsukasa Tojo and SS [Secret Service’s Demolisher] Karen Asakura.
