Bethesda has announced that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will receive Update 3 next week. In anticipation of the full patch notes, Bethesda shared some initial details about the update via a tweet. Update 3 is expected to introduce a series of fixes and enhancements, including support for Nvidia DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction.
Since its launch in early December, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has been plagued by several game-breaking bugs. Players are eagerly awaiting Update 3, hoping it will address these issues. Last month, Bethesda hinted that the February update would introduce new graphical features and options. They also mentioned that the bug fixes would focus on problems that have hindered players from achieving 100% completion and from performing actions like climbing vines or squeezing through walls in Sukhothai. However, it remains uncertain whether all these promised changes will be included in next week's patch.
Launched on PC and Xbox Series X and S, and available on Game Pass from day one due to its status as a Microsoft-owned game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has attracted 4 million players. Developed by MachineGames, the game has received widespread critical acclaim and won multiple awards, including three at the D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 version is scheduled for release this spring.
In a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford expressed his approval of Troy Baker's portrayal of the iconic character in the game. Ford humorously remarked, "You don’t need artificial intelligence to steal my soul. You can already do it for nickels and dimes with good ideas and talent. He did a brilliant job, and it didn’t take AI to do it."
