The iPhone 16e boasts a 6.1-inch OLED display with a notch, unlike the "dynamic island" found on the standard iPhone 16. It's powered by the same A18 chip as the iPhone 16, but features a 4-core GPU. Despite the slightly less powerful GPU, it supports Apple Intelligence and all the AI features coming in iOS 18. The new C1 cellular modem promises improved power efficiency and extended battery life—Apple claims up to 26 hours of video playback.

However, the iPhone 16e lacks MagSafe charging, although it does support Qi wireless charging. Color options are limited to black and white.
