LEGO Revives The Simpsons with Krusty Burger Set

Great news for fans of The Simpsons and LEGO! A new Krusty Burger playset, packed with details and clever nods to the show's most memorable moments, has just been unveiled. Designed for minifigures, the LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger set isn't available for pre-order, but will have a retail price of $209.99 and is intended for adults aged 18 and up. The official release is June 4, but LEGO Insiders get early access starting June 1 (you can sign up for free here).

This marks the first Simpsons-themed LEGO set since 2018, when the company released two Brickheadz models of Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown. Before that, the LEGO Simpsons line featured only two major sets: a 2,523-piece replica of the family's house (2014) and a 2,179-piece model of the Kwik-E-Mart (2015).

With those previous sets now retired, the announcement of the Krusty Burger is a welcome surprise, breathing new life into a beloved LEGO theme many thought had ended.

The Krusty Burger set contains 1,635 pieces and stands approximately 9 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep. Its design is reminiscent of classic fast-food restaurants like McDonald's, complete with a drive-thru menu board and service window. The entire building opens on a hinge, revealing a detailed interior with a kitchen, restroom, and dining area. In addition to the main structure, the set includes two buildable features: the iconic Krusty Burger sign on a tall pole and Homer's car, famously modified with Krusty branding in the Season Six episode "Homie the Clown."

You also get seven minifigures to populate the scene: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Krusty the Clown as a farmer, Sideshow Bob, the Squeaky-Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou.

As a special promotion, LEGO Insiders who buy the set online or at a LEGO Store between June 1 and June 7 will receive a free gift with purchase: a 123-piece replica of The Simpsons Living Room, available while supplies last.
