Acquiring the Mistral Lift
The Mistral Lift is a Dawning event exclusive, available for a limited time only. Obtain it from Eva Levante by trading one "Gift in Return" and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also sells Festive Engrams (1 Gift in Return and 10 Dawning Spirits), offering a chance (but not guarantee) at the Mistral Lift.
Gifts in Return are crafted from Dawning holiday treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifted to NPCs. Dawning Spirits are earned by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva. Repeat the process until you acquire your desired roll.
The Optimal Mistral Lift God Roll (PvE)
While Linear Fusion Rifles aren't currently meta in Destiny 2, the Mistral Lift excels in PvE, particularly for solo players. The recommended god roll is:
