Overwatch 2 & LE SSERAFIM Collab Once Again With New Skins, Emotes, and Challenges

Get ready, Overwatch 2 fans! The game is set to reignite its partnership with the renowned K-pop sensation LE SSERAFIM, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to the game. This upcoming collaboration event, set to launch on March 18, 2025, promises to elevate your gaming experience with new skins, emotes, and challenging in-game tasks.

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Coming This March 18, 2025

Overwatch 2 is thrilled to announce its continued collaboration with K-pop powerhouse LE SSERAFIM, perfectly timed with the release of their new album "Hot." This event follows their successful partnership during the "Perfect Night" song release in November 2023. On March 11, a captivating trailer was shared on Twitter (X), solidifying the event's approach. This collaboration was first hinted at during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12, promising a second joint venture with LE SSERAFIM.

Players can look forward to an array of new skins featuring characters like Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Additionally, recolored versions of skins from the 2023 event, including those for Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte, will be available for purchase. However, the unique Concert Clash mode from the previous collaboration won't return, as it was specifically crafted for the "Perfect Night" video. Instead, players can earn the exclusive Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by tackling the event's challenges.

Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights with Polygon on March 11 about the upcoming collaboration. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that's celebrating their new album," Denett stated. She further explained, "While we don't have a new song that's specific to Overwatch, we had to celebrate K-pop culture, so we made a visualizer for one of the new songs off their album that we're pretty excited about and a lot of extensive cosmetics for this collaboration."
