Parallel Experiment, a co-op crime thriller puzzler from Eleven Puzzles, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in the year, with a full mobile release to follow.
This intriguing title puts you in the shoes of detectives Ally and Old Dog as you unravel the mystery surrounding a ruthless killer. Similar in style to games like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, Parallel Experiment challenges players to solve puzzles collaboratively, even when separated by distance. Each detective operates in a different location, requiring communication and clever teamwork to succeed.
Prepare to tackle over 80 unique puzzles, utilizing an in-game notebook to track clues—a charmingly retro touch. Engage in cooperative dialogue, appreciate the noir comic book art style, and even add a bit of playful chaos by annoying your partner with in-game actions like knocking on windows or playful pokes.

Cross-platform play is a key feature, adding a unique dimension to the experience. While desktop co-op might leverage platforms like Discord, the mobile version opens up exciting new possibilities for in-person collaboration and creative communication strategies (or, let's be honest, opportunities for distraction).
Although the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from years of iterative design and testing, promising a refined and enjoyable mobile experience.
