Metaphor: ReFantazio features challenging mini-bosses in nearly every dungeon, often encountered before the final boss. These formidable foes, typically highlighted red in the overworld Fairy Sight, necessitate Squad combat. The Faithwight Magileto in the Spire of Blind Faith is a prime example of such a difficult encounter. Conquering this enemy requires strategic planning and a bit of luck.

Weakness | Repel | Resists | Blocks |

Strike | Light | Pierce | Electric |
This level 50 enemy can summon additional level 50 enemies, making battles challenging for under-leveled parties (below level 45 is strongly discouraged).
Faithwight Magiletos utilize potent dark and light magic, capable of targeting single characters or the entire party. Their arsenal includes Megidolaon, a devastating all-party attack. Passive buffs amplify the damage of these elemental attacks. Furthermore, they can use Soul Scream to gain four Press Turn icons per turn and summon level 50 skeletons for support.
These summoned skeletons possess strong slashing attacks and dark magic, along with powerful buffs and access to potent healing spells, often restoring the Magileto to full health. Their weakness to Strike attacks makes focusing on this element crucial for victory.

Even at level 50, this battle is extremely challenging. Lower levels make it nearly impossible. Preparation is key:
- Acquire Dark Dodge from the Magic Knight archetype.
- Obtain Light Dodge from the Healer archetype.
- Inherit Strike skills from the Brawler archetype.
- Utilize the Warlock archetype's resistance to dark and light damage.
- Leverage the Thief archetype's dark damage resistance.
- Carry Tetrabreak to counter Tetrakarn used by summoned enemies.
Archetype selection is less critical than maximizing the above points and avoiding weaknesses to dark, light, or slash damage. If you have many unlocked archetypes and can utilize Skill Inheritance, prioritize strength-focused archetypes. Ensure at least two party members possess party-wide healing spells, and equip everyone with Strike attacks to maximize Press Turn icons and offset the damage from these skills.
Some luck is inevitable, as consecutive Megidolaons are nearly unsurvivable. Equipping most party members with Dark and Light Dodge helps mitigate damage, shortening enemy turns. Prioritize eliminating summoned allies before they utilize healing magic. Dekaja can dispel buffs from summoned enemies. Ideally, each turn should include at least six Strike attacks and two party-wide healing spells.
