Split Fiction has shattered records, setting a new high for Electronic Arts (EA) on Steam among paid games. Its launch exceeded all expectations, capturing the gaming world's attention.

Released recently on Steam, Split Fiction's success surpasses other EA titles. SteamDB data reveals a peak player count exceeding 197,000 users—the highest ever recorded for a paid EA game on the platform. This significantly outpaces Battlefield V's previous record of 116,000 players. While EA's most popular title, the free-to-play Apex Legends, boasts over 620,000 peak players, Split Fiction's achievement is remarkable within the paid game market.

Beyond its impressive numbers, Split Fiction has earned overwhelmingly positive player reviews on Steam, boasting a 98% approval rating. This demonstrates not only its commercial success but also its widespread appeal among gamers globally.
