Parental monitoring app and location tracker: locate your child's smartwatch and phone

Pingo is the companion app for the Findmykids GPS locator, our dedicated parental monitoring solution. It is specifically designed for tracking a child's whereabouts. Please only install this location tracking application on a device used by a minor.

We recommend beginning by downloading the Findmykids parent monitoring app onto your own phone. Then, install the Pingo GPS locator on your child's device and enter the pairing code generated by the Findmykids app after registration.

Done! You can now use the kids' GPS tracker.

OUR KEY FEATURES:

Kids GPS tracker – View your child's real-time location on a map and review their daily movement history, acting as an online location diary. Ensure your child avoids unsafe areas with our locator. You can also connect a kids' smartwatch to the Pingo app.

Sound Around – Listen to the ambient sound around your child using the location tracker to verify their well-being. This function requires the child tracker to be installed and active on their phone.

Loud Signal – Send a high-volume alert to your child's phone where the tracker is installed if they've misplaced it in a bag or set it to silent. If they lose their smartwatch, you can also locate it using our GPS watch tracking app.

Screen Time Manager – Monitor which apps were used during school hours and check if they were playing instead of learning. The Pingo kids GPS tracker can serve as a comprehensive parental control solution.

Notifications – Ensure your child arrives on time: receive alerts when they reach school, return home, or arrive at other designated locations. Our parent tracker app will send the notifications directly to you.

Battery Control – Remind your child to charge their phone promptly: you'll get an alert if the battery is critically low. This feature also works with connected kids' smartwatches and the GPS watch tracking app.

Family Chat – Communicate with your child in a dedicated chat room featuring fun stickers and voice messages within the child tracker app.

You can view your child's live location for free once the devices are paired. Other features in the free version (like parental controls for the child's phone) are available with limitations. Full access to all app features requires a subscription.

If your child doesn't have a phone, you can purchase a kids' smartwatch and connect it to our GPS watch tracking app.

The GPS family tracker requests the following permissions:

– Access to the camera and photos – To set a profile picture for the child;

– Access to contacts – To populate the phone book in the GPS watch;

– Access to a microphone – To send voice messages in the chat;

– Accessibility services – To manage and limit smartphone screen time.

For any technical issues with our parent tracker app, you can always contact Findmykids 24-hour support via the in-app support chat or by email at [email protected]
